Eleven hour workday. Very productive, but I’m surprised I went that long since I haven’t been drinking coffee. It feels like Friday, but it’s not. My alkaline diet is going great. My skin feels smoother and I think I’ve slimmed down a bit. I got to get more exercise in though. The other day I talked to my psychologist about not having enough hours in the day and my priorities, which are work, writing, reading, exercise, and then social life. Is that a shitty order? Am I a bad friend? One day, will I be a hermit in a hermitage?
